OUR STORY
The idea for Global Path Coaching was born during the first year of the pandemic, when Shannon Grayce — laid off from being a corporate direct sales coach, with a fresh bachelors degree in Luxury Brand Marketing & Management — was recognized how many passionate, talented people were lost on the path of building a business.
The online "advice" was noisy, complicated, contrived and honestly? Disconnected from real life. So she set out to build something better: a resource center built on clarity, strategy, and support that actually created success. But no singular, solo-preneur CEO should have to shoulder a vision of that magnitude alone....
Fabiola joined the team in 2021, and scaling this project went from being a distant dream to a very real possibility. "Fabi," — a sharp, operational mind with an uncanny ability to turn chaos into a clean process — started as a part-time, virtual assistant, and quickly grew into a powerful, irreplaceable business partner, earning the title of COO in 2023.
Now, Shannon and Fabi lead Global Path Coaching as a complementary team — strategy and systems, vision and execution — building businesses with infrastructures that are as sustainable as they are scalable.
Forged through years of global adventures, hard-won growth, and unwavering trust, a fun friendship that began in college, has evolved into a rare, deeply aligned collaboration — where strategy meets systems, and complementary strengths create balance, precision, and momentum in everything we build.
Together, they have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs streamline, scale, and stabilize their businesses — whether through custom client projects, digital products, or high-touch coaching. They understand the full picture of what makes a business run — not just the front-facing brand, but the systems, decisions, and structures behind the scenes that hold it up.
