Founder & CEO,
Shannon Grayce 🌞
Shannon Grayce is a business strategist, educator, and the founder of Global Path Coaching — dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build aligned, scalable businesses that reflect their values and vision.
Driven by a love for culture, art, and people, Shannon’s career has spanned continents and industries — but her passion has been empowering ambitious, service-driven creators to create financial freedom through practical strategy, intentional systems, and grounded mentorship.
She graduated from Susquehanna University in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Luxury Brand Marketing & Management, launching her career in the international business world with a fashion internship at Arete Studio in Shanghai, China.
After backpacking through Asia post-grad, Shannon excelled in a high-intensity sales training program. Rising quickly to team leadership in 2019, she was regularly sent to underperforming sales teams across the region to turn campaigns around because of her consistent top performance and natural leadership skills.
She has served as a featured business coach at the Nutritional Therapy Association, been a guest speaker for university entrepreneurship classes, and most recently, guest-taught a three-week Shark Tank Entrepreneurship Simulation course at Fryeburg Academy in Maine!
Shannon’s business coaching clients have gone on to be featured on Shark Tank ABC television show, earn spots on Forbes 30 Under 30, and compete on The Blox startup reality series.
Outside of coaching, Shannon is an avid traveler with a deep appreciation for art, food, and culture.

Fabi started as Shannon’s Virtual Assistant — and in just four years, she taught herself everything from app creation to SEO to backend automations. Today, she’s the strategic tech mind behind Global Path Coaching and the go-to expert for turning messy digital chaos into streamlined, scalable systems.
With a background in in-person sales and a deep passion for entrepreneurship, Fabi believes that every dreamer deserves support — no matter their budget. She's made it her mission to empower women and minorities to join the growing statistic of successful entrepreneurs.
Currently, she’s most excited about educating beginner VAs on how to build sustainable income using high-demand tech and systems skills. She’s proof that you can start where you are… and build your way to six-figure impact.
